| After the long trek, those garlic chips at our homestay went down well. ......marvellous what can be achieved (including warming the cat) with a large wok and a few sticks of bamboo, making our kitchen look rather over-furnished. |

They were some of the best chips i have tasted - not sure if it was due to the walk in the fresh air or the copious amount of garlic on top of them!
